To further promote the building of the first-class courses, on the afternoon of March 4th, a workshop on first-class courses application at school level was held in Room 508 of International Building. Yang Yueqing, vice dean of the International College, directors of teaching and research departments, applicants and members of the first-class courses attended the workshop which was hosted by Yang Yueqing.
Yang Yueqing shared her experience in applying first-class courses and discussed with the participants on interpretation of relevant documents, filling in application forms, course construction, platform and resources, supporting materials, and follow-up construction, etc. She also gave key guidance to the writing of modules such as course objectives, course contents, course ideology and politics, course resources and course characteristics.
At the workshop, the participants were highly motivated and actively interacted with the lecturer, with a strong atmosphere on the spot. The workshop turned out to be fruitful, and brought a lot of inspiration to the applicants.
The college will take this workshop as an opportunity, fully supporting and guaranteeing the application and construction of the first-class courses through one-on-one counseling, collective polishing and other means, for building a batch of “gold courses” in line with the national standards and to promote the development of the high quality of education and teaching of the school.
