On April 6th, Marijana Wolfs, vice president of Swiss Business School, Chen Liangtu, dean of China Institute, and Sadvakassova Aigul, dean of Eurasian Business School visited GCC to discuss cooperation, and Bert Wolfs, dean of Swiss Business School attended the meeting online. Guo Hang, vice president of GCC and director of International Exchange and Cooperation Office, Hong Zhenhua, vice dean of International College, Deng Yun, assistant director of International Exchange and Cooperation Office, Dr. Jia Gujiang, full-time teacher, Fang Yu, foreign affairs commissioner, and Wu Chenfei, administrative commissioner, warmly received Marijana Wolfs and the delegation in Conference Room 202 of International College.

At the beginning of the meeting, Guo Hang extended a warm welcome to Marijana Wolfs, Sadvakassova Aigul and the delegation, and the participants watched the promotional video of the 20th anniversary of GCC international education. Guo Hang introduced and emphasized the development process and achievements of the international education in GCC. He said that the college has been committed to exploring new areas of overseas exchanges and cooperation and constantly improving the level of international education. He hoped to take this opportunity to further promote the cooperation between the two universities, further enhance the level of international education of both sides, and work together for common development.

Marijana Wolfs appreciated GCC for its warm reception and the scale and achievements of the college’s international education. She said that the purpose of this visit is to communicate with each other, learn from each other, further expand the universities’ foreign communication channels, and promote the progress of cooperation with GCC. She hoped that the two sides will keep close contact, lay a solid foundation for cooperation and provide better educational services for students.

After the meeting, the delegation walked around the campus accompanied by GCC side, and visited the teaching buildings, library, student dormitory buildings and other places. The delegation spoke highly of our campus environment, teachers and students, hardware facilities, etc. The cooperation discussion enables GCC to further clarify the direction and ideas of international cooperation, which will effectively promote the implementation of relevant cooperation programs.
