On December 5-7, on behalf of GCC, vice president Guo Hang and vice dean Hong Zhenhua, visited universities in Malaysia. During the stay, the delegation visited INTI International University & Colleges, Heriot Watt University Malaysia, UCSI University and Universiti Malaya, and were warmly received by the leaders of relevant institutions, to consolidate and expand the friendly exchanges and cooperation between GCC and various universities in Malaysia.
At the meetings, Guo Hang expressed his gratitude to the leaders of universities for their warm reception, and invited them to visit GCC for further promotion of programs. Guo introduced the development, disciplines and specialties, team building of teaching staff, integration of industries and education, the cooperation mode of international programs and achievements of international education to the representatives from various universities. He said that Malaysia's universities have developed rapidly in the field of higher education with a rising international academic ranking and flexible school-running mode, which is of great reference significance for GCC's internationalization. The college will further strengthen communication and exchanges with Malaysian universities, promote cross-cultural cooperation, realize the dual-track cycle of "bringing in and going out", and look forward to establishing a solid cooperative relationship with Malaysian universities in the future to promote the vigorous development of international education on both sides.
