On the evening of November 21st, the Youth League Committee of the College held the award ceremony and experience sharing meeting for the preliminary round of the 11th Career Planning Competition in Room 201, the International Building. This meeting was set up to popularize knowledge of career planning, guide students to establish correct views on success and employment, clarify career goals, develop awareness of career planning, guide students to master general methods of career planning, enhance students' abilities in career planning, stimulate innovative thinking, and improve innovation capabilities. Zhang Hang, the Deputy Secretary of the Student Union of the International College, counselors Lin Jia Ning, Zhao Tian Feng, Xie Hong Fei, and some participating students and class representatives attended the meeting. The competition lasted for one month. After fierce competition, the Growth Track produced 3 first prize winners, 6 second prize winners, and 21 third prize winners; the Employment Track produced 3 first prize winners, 8 second prize winners, and 14 third prize winners.

During the meeting, the students Huang Ziye and Wu Zehua, who won the first prize in the Growth Track, and Zhu Xiaotong, who won the first prize in the Employment Track, shared their experiences of participating in the preliminary round of the Career Planning Competition with their fellow students.
